• Trademarks: The RB Labs name, logo, "Robert" robot branding, and all related marks are registered trademarks of RB Labs Sarl
• Patents: Our robotics and AI technologies may be protected by patents or pending patent applications in Switzerland and internationally
• Content: All text, images, graphics, videos, and other content on our website and services are protected by copyright law

Limited License

Subject to these Terms, RB Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for their intended purpose. This license does not include the right to:

• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods
• Sublicense, sell, resell, or transfer access to the services

• Harmful Applications: Using our AI or robotics technology to develop weapons, surveillance systems that violate human rights, or other applications that could cause harm

6. Payment Terms

If you purchase any paid services from RB Labs, the following payment terms apply:

Pricing

• Quotations: All prices are as quoted at the time of order and are subject to change without notice for future orders
• Currency: Unless otherwise specified, all prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) or US Dollars (USD)
• Taxes: Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or fees, which are your responsibility
• Custom Solutions: Pricing for custom AI and robotics solutions is determined on a project-by-project basis through individual proposals

Invoicing and Payment

• Payment Terms: Invoices are due within thirty (30) days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified in your service agreement
• Late Payments: Overdue amounts may accrue interest at the rate of 5% per annum or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. For subscription services, you may cancel at any time, but refunds for partial billing periods are not provided unless required by applicable law. For custom hardware and robotics products, refunds are subject to the terms specified in your individual purchase agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Exclusion of Damages

In no event shall RB Labs, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Cost of procurement of substitute services
• Business interruption or loss of goodwill
• Any damages arising from the use of AI-generated content or robotic operations

Liability Cap

RB Labs' total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to RB Labs during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred Swiss Francs (CHF 100).

Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory Swiss consumer protection provisions.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RB Labs expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied Warranties: Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Accuracy: Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, data, or AI-generated outputs provided through our services
• Availability: Warranties that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results: Warranties regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of our services or the accuracy of any information obtained through our services

AI and Robotics Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs and robotic operations may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected behaviors. You acknowledge that AI and robotics technologies are inherently probabilistic and that RB Labs does not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of our AI models or robotic systems. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before relying on them for any purpose.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RB Labs, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of our services
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights
• Any content or data you submit through our services
• Your negligent or wrongful conduct

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship under the following conditions:

Termination by You

You may stop using our services and close your account at any time by contacting us through our website. Upon termination, your right to access and use the services will cease immediately.

Termination by RB Labs

RB Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, third parties, or our business
• Non-payment of fees owed
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
• Discontinuation or modification of the services

Consequences of Termination

• Data: Upon termination, we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable law
• Obligations: All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability
• Outstanding Payments: Any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination remain due and payable

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least thirty (30) days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may submit the matter to mediation in Geneva, Switzerland, before resorting to litigation.

12. Changes to Terms

RB Labs reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
• Post the revised Terms on our website
• Provide notice of material changes via email or prominent notice on our website
• Where required by law, obtain your consent before changes take effect

Your continued use of our services after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.
